Job brief

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.


  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Understand client needs and requirements to provide effective solutions.
    • Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and follow-ups.
  2. Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  3. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
    • Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients.
    • Demonstrate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.
    • Address client queries and concerns effectively.
  4. Negotiation and Closing:
    • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Close sales deals and ensure the successful onboarding of new clients.
  5. Sales Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and transactions.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  7. Continuous Learning:
    • Stay informed about industry developments, product updates, and market trends.
    • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
