ERP/CRM Intern

Job Brief:

A2 Nexus is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an ERP/CRM Intern. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. The intern will work closely with our IT and business teams to support the optimization and utilization of ERP/CRM solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our business processes.

Responsibilities:

1. System Configuration and Customization:
   • Assist in the configuration and customization of ERP/CRM systems based on business requirements.
   • Work closely with the IT team to implement changes and updates to enhance system functionality.
2. Data Management:
   • Support data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data transferred to and from the ERP/CRM systems.
   • Assist in data cleansing, validation, and maintenance activities.
3. End-User Support:
   • Provide support to end-users in utilizing ERP/CRM systems, addressing queries, and troubleshooting issues.
   • Collaborate with the IT helpdesk to ensure prompt resolution of user-reported problems.
4. Documentation:
   • Maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP/CRM system configurations, customizations, and processes.
   • Create user guides and training materials to facilitate efficient system usage.
5. System Testing:
   • Participate in testing activities for system upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues during testing phases.
6. Reporting and Analytics:
   • Assist in the generation of reports and analytics using ERP/CRM tools to support decision-making processes.
   • Collaborate with business analysts to identify reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
7. Continuous Improvement:
   • Actively participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives related to ERP/CRM systems.
   • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in ERP/CRM technologies.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of ERP/CRM concepts is a plus.
