The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.


  1. Market Research:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
  2. Lead Generation:
    • Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
    • Qualify leads based on established criteria and prioritize them for further engagement.
  3. Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of client requirements.
  4. Sales Presentations:
    • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches to potential clients.
    • Showcase the value proposition of our products/services and address client concerns.
  5. Proposal Development:
    • Work closely with the sales and product teams to develop customized proposals and solutions based on client needs.
    • Ensure proposals are aligned with company capabilities and objectives.
  6. Negotiation and Closing:
    • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure profitable and mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Close deals and achieve sales targets within specified timelines.
  7. Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless client experience.
    • Share insights and feedback from the market to improve products and services.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
